Enhanced Security
To protect the privacy and the security of your personal information, we have
improved the way you log in to our Account Access Center with new security
features. Here is how it works:
-
The first time you log in to our new system, you will initially enter only your
User ID. The system will have you choose three Challenge Questions.
-
Next you will go through a process to choose a Security Image and Phrase.
-
After this process is complete, as the last step, you will enter your Password.
These three items will identify that you are actually on the official OSLA Web
site, not a fraudulent look-alike site. These items will be known only to you;
the OSLA staff will not have access.
- The next time you log in, and thereafter, you will enter your User ID and then
will be asked one of your Challenge Questions. If you answer correctly, you
will be shown your Security Image and Phrase. If, and only if, you recognize
your Security Image, Phrase and Challenge Question, can you safely enter your
Password. If you do not recognize them, DO NOT enter your Password. If this
happens, contact OSLA immediately to report the problem.
If, for some reason, you forget your Password or User ID, OSLA staff cannot
tell you what it is. To help protect your account information, they do not have
access to this information. Your account will need to be reactivated and you will
need to recreate your Challenge Questions, Security Image and Phrase, and
choose a new Password.

information, please read "OSLA's Enhanced Security FAQ" here.
