OSLA's Enhanced Security FAQ

To protect the privacy and the security of your personal information, we are introducing new security features. The first security feature uses a Security Image and a Phrase which helps you to identify that you are at our Web site, not a fraudulent look-a-like site. The second security feature provides you added safety by helping us to identify you and to prevent unauthorized access to your accounts.

When you visit our location in person, you can identify us and we can identify you. By adding the Security Image and Phrase you are now able to identify us over the Internet. When you enroll in our new security feature, you will select an Image and a Phrase known only to you. Whenever you log in we will show you this Image and Phrase so you can rest assured that you are accessing our real Web site and not an impostor site.

The second enhancement is an additional step used to verify your identity by establishing a series of Challenge Questions that you choose at the time of enrollment.

And, to further enhance our security, our customer service staff no longer has access to your Password, Challenge Questions, Security Image or Phrase. If you forget this information, you will need to reactivate your account by clicking on the "Forgot User ID or Password" link on the initial logon screen.

These new security features provide a significant increase in your online security versus User ID and Password authentication.
