As advised in the transfer letter you received, Oklahoma Student Loan Authority (OSLA) has transferred and/or will transfer the customer service of your Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) and/or Private Shelf Loan account to the Higher Education Servicing Corporation (HESC).
Please look for account details from your new servicer HESC approximately 10 days after the loan transfer date provided on your transfer letter. OSLA Customer Service assistance is available through 2-28-2025. Thank you for allowing OSLA to service your student loans.
